I love it here!! Everyone is friendly and nice. It's the only place that lets my dog come here. My daughter loves it here too. We are going to come back nexy year. My whole family is having a blast here. The room are really nice and big.
We come here every year and we absolutely love it! I loved it before the renovations and now I love it even more! I'd recommend this place to anybody. It's on the beach side so it's not a far walk at all. Plus we can bring our dogs and u can't beat that!
We just checked in a few hours ago and everyone is so nice. We have our dog and I told them to call me if he was barking. She said Don't worry about that, we are a pet friendly hotel. Go have a good time! I know the next five days are going to be great!
My family and I stayed here for 5 days. Very friendly staff, rooms very clean, loved our stay. My granddaughter loved the pool. Met so many nice people. Also allows dogs and cats which was a plus. Only complaint is they should shampoo carpets in rooms dogs are allowed in. Carpet felt dirty. (Maybe once a month )Otherwise great place to stay. Going to make reservations end of October for next. September. Hoping to stay 10 days instead of 5.
Make sure you check your bed when you arrive. We found numerous hairs and spots on the sheets. This was brought to the front desk's attention but they told us that their cleaning people already left for the day and that we could get new sheets and make our own bed. This was not something we thought we should have to do on vacation and we asked for a new room. The next day we met up with the owner and he was able to reimburse us for one night. All in all it seemed as if he knew that this was happening at this place and didn't really care much about it. On the front desk staff's part, I thought it would have been a good gesture to take ownership of a problem and not have us looking for the owner the next day. They could have simply given him our phone number and call us about the issue, instead of looking for the guy.
