The location is fantastic: a short walk to the beach and lots of great nearby choices for food and drinks. The rooms are old and worn, and in need a good refresh. The beds and sheets were clean though, and they offer daily maid service. For a spot to sleep and shower in between enjoying Dewey and the surrounding area, it's not a bad deal.
I only spent a night there so no comment on the service. The location is gorgeous and is as close to the beach as you are going to get for that cheap of a price. As for the room i wouldnt go in expecting anything top tier at all. The bathroom had a decemt amount of mold around a couple parts of the cieling and the shower knob could be pulled out of the wall. Absolutley no toilet space at all for sitting either. As for the goods however you have wifi, though its not the fastest it allowed reddit browsing. You also have a tv with cable, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The bed was nothing special but what do you expect from a cheap motel. As long as you dont go in with high standards you will be fine. You get what you pay for.
Location was perfect, rooms were definitely worth no stars. Would never bring my family to stay there. Definitely perfect for a place to crash after a night out.
It is what it is. Great location, but slightly less than what I was expecting for the price. I would bring my own pillow (and maybe blanket) next time
Had the most outstanding time in Delaware in July 2017 and I stayed here my Jack Russell Terrier was more than welcome to stay with me if need be but I ended up traveling solo for this vacation can't wait to go back next summer! The the room I had was clean All Around clean bed clean sheets but the tub and the toilet and sink or outdated and for what they charge to stay on a weekend they really should update them not complaining just saying.
